Payment, shipping & delivery

You can shop with us using the following payment methods:

We currently ship to delivery addresses in Germany and Austria. Deliveries to Switzerland and countries in the European Union are also planned for the future.

Germany: Free shipping for orders over €50 - €4.99 for orders under €50

Austria: Free shipping for orders over €100 - €8.99 for orders under €100

The delivery time for parcel shipping items in stock is approx. 1-3 working days (within Germany, to Austria possibly 2-3 working days longer). If you pay in advance, shipping will only take place after receipt of payment. Unfortunately, longer delivery times cannot be ruled out at the moment due to the current situation.

Freight forwarding goods that can be dispatched immediately are delivered within 1-2 weeks. For all other items, the delivery time is displayed directly on the item page.

For island deliveries (Hiddensee ferry island, Heligoland, Chiemsee, North and East Frisian Islands) delivery times may be extended.

Unfortunately, sometimes it happens that a package does not arrive. In such a case, it is always advisable to submit an inquiry request to the shipping service provider. If you have not received your order, write us an email to kundenservice@esszett.eu and we will take care of a quick solution.

Order

If you find an error in the order you have placed, we are happy to change or cancel the order if it has not yet been packed in our warehouse. It is best to contact us as quickly as possible so that we can stop the shipment of the goods. If your package is already ready for shipping, unfortunately we can no longer cancel your order. In this case, you can simply register a return in our returns portal and send the package back to us.

You can order the vouchers in our online shop here . The voucher will then be sent to you by email. You can print this out or forward it by email.

Returns and refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with an item from us, you can send it back to us within 14 days. Please note that we cannot process unannounced returns.

You can easily initiate the return in our returns portal .

Please note that it is generally not possible to return personalized items unless there is an error in our production caused by us.

The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the payment method originally used a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the goods. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the credit has been paid out.

The return period is 14 days from delivery of the goods
