Payment, shipping & delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
Germany: Shipping free for orders over €50 - €5.99 for orders under €150
Austria: Shipping free for orders over €100 - €8.99 for orders under €150
Switzerland: €18 incl. customs clearance
Delivery costs for freight forwarding may vary.
How long does the delivery take?
For parcel post items in stock, the delivery time is approx. 1-3 working days (within Germany; to Austria and Switzerland, it may take 2-3 working days longer). For prepayment, shipping will only occur after receipt of payment.
Immediately shippable freight forwarding goods are delivered within 1-2 weeks. For all other items, the delivery time is displayed directly on the product page.
For island deliveries (ferry island Hiddensee, Helgoland, Chiemsee, North and East Frisian Islands), extended delivery times may occur.
My package has disappeared. What now?
Unfortunately, sometimes it happens that a package does not arrive. In such a case, it is always advisable to submit an inquiry request to the shipping service provider. If you have not received your order, write us an email to kundenservice@esszett.eu and we will take care of a quick solution.
Order
Can I change my order later?
If you find an error in the order you have placed, we are happy to change or cancel the order if it has not yet been packed in our warehouse. It is best to contact us as quickly as possible so that we can stop the shipment of the goods. If your package is already ready for shipping, unfortunately we can no longer cancel your order. In this case, you can simply register a return in our returns portal and send the package back to us.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
You can order the vouchers in our online shop here . The voucher will then be sent to you by email. You can print this out or forward it by email.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
Should you ever not be completely satisfied with an item from us, you can return it to us within 14 days. Please note that we cannot process unregistered returns.
You can easily initiate the return in our returns portal.
Please note that returns of personalized items are generally not possible, unless it is an error in our production caused by us.
When and how will I get my money back?
The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the original payment method a maximum of 14 working days after receipt of the goods. You will receive an email confirmation once the credit has been paid out.
