How long does the delivery take?

Many of our items are shipped on the same day.

You will usually receive your order within 1–3 business days.
(Excluding freight forwarding goods and goods that must be ordered from the manufacturer)

The estimated delivery date is displayed for each item directly above the "Add to cart" button. This way, you know exactly when your order will arrive before you even make a purchase.

Can I also buy on account?

With us, you can conveniently purchase on account. For private customers, purchase on account is processed via Klarna, which you can simply select at checkout.

For business customers, we also offer purchase on account via Billie – fast, uncomplicated, and specifically for B2B customers.

If you have any questions, our customer service is personally available to assist you.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and send us photos of the packaging and the item.

We will find a quick and fair solution for you.

Are there natural color or material variations?

Many of our products are made from natural materials such as wood, stone, or metal. Therefore, color, grain, and texture may vary slightly from the product photo.

These differences are typical for the material and do not constitute a defect.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, changes or cancellations can usually be made.

Yes, of course, you will receive a proper invoice with VAT shown via email as soon as you have placed your order.

For business customers, we also offer purchase on account through Billie.
